TooHot you should visit this school before making comments like that. I have one that I choose to put in The Academy in which we LOVE! My kindergarden student grown with leaps and bounds at the Academy and has been to the libary every day this week to get books for reading and is very excited about 1st grade. So do not assume it is a school of bad kids. We have great kids!
Wow, I wonder how your childern turned out??? Parents need to be more involed in their kids day to day and schools. That is one of the major problems with the WORLD.
I have 2 childern one at The Academy and one in public. The one in public did not meet ayp, and I get a letter every year to move her....but I do not because she is a very gifted child and I feel her past two schools are wonderful. I chose The Academy for my k student since I felt she need more one on one. I believe it should be our choice to where we send our kids! This is the best fit for her and I fully back the staff of the school!
