The "honorable mayor" has given "his word" to the Pinesage Homeowners Association President that he will 1: Fully pay for Pinesage's hook-up to Moore County Water. @ $106,000 for the line and Water Tap fees for the 77 homes @ $1900 per home. 2. Repave all roads in the Pinesage developement. He actually agreed to 75% of total cost of re-paving or @ somewheres over $125,000. 3. Agreed to repair infrastructure in Pinesage (fire hydrants, culverts, drainage, etc) for @ another $75,000 to $100,000. The current President of the Home Owners Association is taking him at his word and urging Pinesage residents to vote for the current mayor.
