No I would not say that we are friends but acquaintainces yes, and I have spoken with him about the details of this case and it is quite simply not as cut and dried as the media would have one believe. Just wondering if any of you have personally talked to Jeff about these charges and the circumstances involving how he was charged?? Seems to me there is a lot of talk going on about a "big name" getting off when the article says plainly he is going to take a plea. Pleas are offered daily in our judicial system and if many of you knew the entire story maybe you wouldn't be so quick to judge.
Wow if I had known during the summer that all I had to do was complain about the photo of the vehicle accident my husband was killed in for it to be taken down I certainly would have done so as The Pilot posted not one but two separate photos of the accident that took his life while I was sitting by his hospital bedding praying for a miracle and my children were at a family member's house unable to get on the internet because we didn't know when something would be posted about the accident.

Yep Chris' brother is absolutely a good guy, however he isn't innocent by any means. I love him to death but by constantly bailing Chris out over the years all he is doing is enabling Chris to continue doing stuff like this. I sincerely hope that this causes him to finally cut Chris off and make him see he can't keep fixing things for Chris so maybe (big maybe) one day Chris will turn his life around.
As for Kristy,I don't understand her and I hope she gets some help and opens her eyes to what she is doing to her life and her poor daughters. I feel so sorry for the girls and am thankful they have a loving, supportive father.

One would think they would have at least evacuated while they performed the search, does seem somewhat irresponsible but who knows why they do anything up there that they do...
@ Allison actually they are not out on bail and will not be getting out on bail, Chris is most likely getting much more than a smack on the hand and seeing as Kristy is currently on probation she is looking to pull down some time also. Moore County Sheriff's spent a lot of time working on getting these two off the streets, especially Chris.
@ Please I am all for compassion but I know these two personally and the only one that deserves your compassion is Kristy, she got herself involved in a bad situation that she didn't know how to get out of and compounded it by following Chris's lead, Chris knew exactly what he was doing and sadly had only been out of prison since Oct therefore showing he learned nothing from his previous experience and upbringing and family life is not an excuse for either of them as they come from good families.
