Why in the world give Dr. Purser $152,000.00 per year and expenses? If the state of NC and Moore County continues as it is going it will soon be as California and maybe then all can go back to minimum wage or be without a job. She could really care less about the teachers and other staff she knows they are not making anywhere close to her salary. This is just an example as to why the parents have to purchase school supplies themselves and why all field trips etc are paid by parents or the child cannot go because the administration must have their big bucks. If the truth is known the State or another state government paid for the DR. education as well. Oh well we citizens continue to let this happen. Wake up Moore County!
At least Jamie Boles knows what is going on with the supposedly educational lottery. It is not being used to pay teacher salaries, why not let these sweepstakes businesses help do the same thing.

Officers do not have anything to do with the actions taken by the magistrates. All the officer does is enforce the law.
Quite often officers are spit on curse out and even assaulted and it is frustrating when the magistrates put that person on a nonsecure bond or let them sign their own bond. Same in this case the officer does his job by making the arrest.
We have some bleeding heart magistrates who do nothing but make sure the jail does not get those people because the jail is so overcrowded. Just turn them loose so they can kill someone or some other innocent animal.

Talking about a monopoly and a conflict of interest. Larry Caddell being a county commissioner along with Pircerno. Guess what software is used at the Moore County Sheriff's Office? Southern Software! Imagine that. Sounds like a conflict of interest. I think I read that some money was reinstated into the Sheriff's Department's budget a week or so earlier. Maybe they needed to purchase some more software.
Seems we are making excuses for driving drunk while speeding let's think about a few what ifs. Would any of us be brave enough to say, she done the right thing if their family were killed or seriously injuried by a person with a blood alcohol level of .14 almost twice the legal limit in NC? Even those who seem to be in support of the driver would certainly be bashing law enforcement as well as the court system if that driver was found not guilty.
There is no excuse for a mother to be that impaired knowing she has a sick child at home who may need medical attention in a moments notice. Was DSS notified of this parent's lack of responsiblility? It may be something they should review and follow up on.
Again the school hiearchy. The teachers and students have funding cut to the point the teachers are spending their own money to buy supplies for their classrooms. What is wrong with this picture? Four Assts. to Susan Purser. It seems that this is money that could be better spent on students and schools. How many teachers could be paid with one superintendant's salary. What will be the responsibilities of the new hire? Will he/she be taking on new duties that have not been done in the past?? Did the Moore County schools not just lay off or eliminate staff from the payroll? What happened to allow the hiring of a fourth assistant? Did the lottery finally pay off? What a joke!
Maybe we can replace the mobile classrooms since we have finally hit the jackpot.

Evidently you were not very successful, all you have time to do now is complain about something or someone.
