COMPLAIN TO THE STORE MANGER DONALD THOMAS AND NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT THE PROBLEM.. HE IS VERY RUDE AND ACTS LIKE HE DOESN'T CARE. I AM TIRED OF BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO.DON'T KNOW WHO ELSE TO COMPLAIN TO PLEASE WRITE IF YOU HAVE SAME COMPLAINTS
