Toda you are one of those people that I would like to buy for what you are worth and sell you for what you thought you was worth. I would make millions. I am not Jimmy by the way.

Kip welcome aboard and you and I know each other well but because I am still emplyed I choose to use a screen name. I agree with you, Toda is the most unhappy person I know. He can't stand the fact that his opinions only matter to him. He comes on this site and post a bunch of propoganda hoping that someone will believe all that garbage. He post these long blogs with all these numbers in them but he only post or makes reference to the ones that suit him and his views. He does not post anything that might not support his argument and there is plenty out there. The majority of the citizens in Moore County must be satisfied with the current people we have on office or the vote would have came out different.

Dusty I have no beef with you but that is the typica lawyer answer. Its still a disgrace and people ask why the court system is as messed up as it is. Let the family and friends of the fallen officer have some time to mourn before you guys jump on the train.

Rick was a great man and a great Law Enforcement officer that will be missed. I see everyone jumping on Dusty but my question is what kind of man is Bruce Cunningham. He was at the Sheriff's office Thursday to see the man they had in custody. He was more concerned about him than he was the the officer that was lost and this community. He is the same Bruce Cunningham that is on our school board. What a shame. He has never gotten a vote from me and he never will. R.I.P Rick.

It might not be that hard if your vote is the only one that counts. It is taxed and it is still illegal. Lets talk about ignorant, marijuana may be a natural plant but show me in the Bible where it says that God gave us marijuana to grow and smoke. "It don't". The argument to legalize marijuana has been going on for decades and it is still going on. Many people have put the legalization of marijuana on the ballot. The fact is on the date Mr. Strickland was arrested it was against the law so nothing else here matters. If they legalize it next month he still broke the law. I have not made my mind up yet about legalization or not there are good arguments on both sides. So read the post I wrote. I am allowed to have my opinion and I read Genesis 1:29 and I did not see marijuana mentioned in it. So one last time I think it is ignorant to compare a willow tree to a marijuana plant.

God did not give you marijuana to grow. That is crazy. It is illegal that is the bottom line. When you start growing and smoking weeping willow trees then they might become illegal.

That is correct but you and I know that drug dealers are not going to buy a tax stamp so when they get caught they will recieve a tax bill.

I agree on the alcohol issue, it is the most abused. The tax laws on illegal drugs have changed alot. The agencies involed and the state will recieve some tax money from the seizure of these drugs. Look up the North Carolina Drug tax law. Whether Mr. Strickland is convicted or not he will still recieve a hefty tax bill from the state that he will pay or they will levy on his property and other personal possessions.
