It is unfortunate that the "Powers that be" cannot fix this problem. It show yet another problem in Vass as awhole based upon the fixation of the "stop the growth" and "we are a small town - let's keep it that way" thinkers... When the brac comes, Vass is going to get passed by because of your "small mindedness". Then when the tax money is everywhere else- The Vass powers will cry once again...
