My question is this, how much did Moore cty have to spend to make this arrest for someone living in Montgomery cty? Yes he came here and the low lifes of this county bought from him but what about the ones that have bought his illegal prescription meds? Were any of them arrested and made to pay for their bad choices. There are those of us who suffer everyday with pain and have a hard time getting our meds because of ppl like him and his customers. Doctors are so worried about giving meds to addicts they have a hard time giving to those in need. He needs to be sent back to his country and placed in prison there. You know that the prisons there are not as comfy as the ones here. Or so I have been told.
I have two sons and have always cautioned them in regards to the age differences. They both have had to make informed choices and know that if they break the law, they have to pay for their decisions. As far as Doug is concerned, he knew where he was allowed and not allowed. It was up to him to make sure his friend was not somewhere Doug was not allowed. He made the choice to stay in the vehicle when his friend turned into the park. He could have gotten out and walked up the road. If his friend is truly that, he would not have taken Doug to the park. As far as him taking a plea agreement, if he felt like he was doing no wrong, he should have faught it. Regardless, he knows he is registered with the state and he knew he would have to do before he agreed to the plea agreement. If he felt like he could not live with those arrangements, he should have taken his chance in a trial.
As Amazed pointed out, he knew he was in the wrong by being in the park and he also knows that being with the 14 yr old is wrong. Maybe this situation will make him stop and think about his choices more carefully. And, maybe he needs to choose his friends more carefully IF he is completely innocent this time. As far as trusting him with a 14 yr old girl, family or not, there is NO way I would leave him with her. More children are molested by family members or family friends than by strangers
