What a great story. Someone dropped off two kittens at our home 3 years ago. We calmed tham and eventually they grew to love us. We had them fixed at the spay and neuter clinic and have them vetted as needed. People who neglect animals are pathetic. People like yourselves who rescue them and make their lives happy and healthy are fantastic. Thank you for what you did.

Courseaire, this is not something new under the Health Care Reform Act. This has been in effect since I retired from hospital work 11 years ago. I myself take issue with a "forced" administration of a medication but this has been going on for years!
