I also accept this challenge. Rick was a co-worker and a wonderful person in every aspect. He will be missed everyday and never, ever forgotten, My heart and prayers go out to the Rhynes. Just know that Rick will always be with all us in our hearts.
It really doesn't make a difference who wrote the article, it ceased being an issue with the EPA in 2003, what makes this news today?
Ok, I don't get it, I guess the Pilot didn't have anything else to put in the headlines. Reading the article it clearly states that the EPA issued it's close out report in 2003. Folks it's 2011 coming into 2012, is Mr. Sinclair so far behind that he feels this story warrants a front page article or did he just not have anything else to slam Aberdeen for. I would have thought that an article on the Reindeer Run would have been nice, maybe the upcoming Christmas parade, oh, those would have been positives. I think it's about time that the Pilot stop treating Aberdeen like the red headed step child.
It was the steroids that got the possession with intent charge not the x.
In regards to Viper, I have always been told that you can't argue with an idiot, he will drag you down to his level and beat you to death with experience.
If you were running away you were going in the wrong direction, the firefighters and police officers were going the other way. You just need to crawl back under your bridge you TROLL.
Which one would you put in first?
Now that's funny, I don't care who you are.
So, using this logic every alcoholic who drinks and blacks out, drives and kills someone is innocent of all charges because they can't remember what they were doing. He takes a higher than prescribed dose of a sleep medication and kills 8 people, he drinks a fifth of whiskey blacks out and kills 8 people. What's the difference, either way he was aware of what he was ingesting. Personally, it sounds like a well thought out scenario to try to get away with murder x 8.
John, I am sure that you believe that you have been impartial in your reporting but you seem to be slanting torwards the defense. You are always reporting what the defense says not what the prosecution contends. Just an observation, I am going to be curious how you report when it's the defense's turn to put on evidence.
