Biography
I have been a resident of Moore County since 1995 and I am proud to consider it my home. I am a faithful patient advocate in my work as a certified registered nurse anesthetist, as well as a strong animal advocate. My goal is to help change the law in NC in order to ensure jail time with a felony charge for any person capable of such a deplorable act. These people have been shown to not abuse only animals but are also capable of other atrocities. Please help show that Moore county cares, and let's be the voice for those who do not have one. Please email me at mooreco4susie@gmail.com

I want to spread the word concerning Susie's Law in Moore County. The law needs to be changed so that people who commit these deplorable acts of animal abuse are given the punishment they deserve. Please contact me at mooreco4susie@gmail.com for more info. Thank you for caring about animals, let's be the voice they do not have !

Recently I made a concerted effort to circulate a petition for an anti-tethering law that mirrored Cumberland County. Unfortunately, I had only about 10 readers respond. It seems many are willing to support ordinance or law changes but fall short when it comes to actually moving forward with a commitment. I have written many times about Boles and Harris' vote to send a bill back to finance for controlling puppy mill operations like the one that was finally closed down in Davidson County...I still have that link on my FB page. Until animals can vote, no strict laws will be forth coming. I submitted a revenue neutral solution for enforcement of puppy mill operations; to this date no responses....
