A basic issue here, Pinehurst was NOT designed for the automobile of today and the type of business trade of today. It was NOT designed for the expansion over the years of all the extra golf courses. So some capitulation must be made.
But all this being said, IF the floundering continues, do nothing. BECAUSE you have a town full of people who have no idea what they are doing and to keep up this folly, will cause serious division and strife in Pinehurst, which we already see happening.

As to the Munis program, who investigated it to begin with? who parsed it, who actually saw progressive results? sounds like nobody had a clue. Immediately dump it and sue. goback to bean counting as you find a reliable accounting firm to advise you.
