Why are there two different costs? if you have 162 spaces at 9x 18 is +26000 sq ft x extra for handicap and 24'wide driving aisles you could be looking at + 50000 sq ft, plus foundation costs plus engineering for sliding expansion, Engineering for min 1000 lb rolling loads, plus walls and ramps and if you estimate construction costs @ Min $50.00 per Sq Ft wich is pretty light, you look at 2 million 5 hundred thousand.

I do not like to knock professionals but cases like this It would be best to talk to other engineering firms who KNOW structures. especially parking garages that also have ventilation issues, drainage issues and visual issues.

The educational requirements for North Dakota are different from say the educational requirements of the State of New York, or North Carolina different from Wyoming. The basics of education K-12 being the 3R's which has been the core of education, then the state and local school boards should be the ones who call the curriculum needs for contemporary life also recognizing the particular states needs either in the agronomy world, geo physics world. When one calls for a standardized testing for all students and you are required to mainstream learning challenged children these tests are so seriously skewed, they mean nothing. Learning challenged scores will bring the overall scores down and there develops a serious inequity .

Now had I a gun [and I do know how to use one] That person would not have gotten away . I just never saw the need to have one. I do rethink that once in a awhile.
