I wonder if the dog gets counted in the authorized PD headcount? He/she should as their cost to maintain would certainly equal that of an officer. Further, one can only guess what the brick & mortar doghouse behind the PD Department would look like. The residents of Pinehurst can only hope that the doghouse won't cost $400K+ as the proposed RR's are.

Can anyone begin to explain why there is a delay in providing a simple ID # for a radio? Seems to me that with one organization controlling the assignment it should be a few minutes task rather than several weeks.

Just another reason why the HPC has all but died. The council didn't want another $33K legal bill.

Currently, 12% impervious cover is permitted, however, with the new creative interpretation, 70% or approximately 4.9 acres can be paved. This change in thinking was necessary due to the new planned lot exceeding the 12% limit. Don't be surprised to see that doors are added to the new paved lot entrances to make it appear to be more of a building the council views it as.
