The "Tradition of Old Town" townhouse development was a mistake from the very beginning and now the developer wants to make a bad situation worse by adding more unwanted units. Further, his request, if approved, would establish a valid precedent for all builders in spite of any zoning requirements. Most folks know the economic tsunami the developer frequently cites by another name - Poor Planning. Now is not the time for the village council to start bailing out the mistakes of others.
