And before any of you criticize me I'll tell you that that's as "Political" as I got at my job since we weren't allowed to be "Political". I hope that we do find out the "Truth" about the AP Story most of all. The GOVERNMENT says that they asked them to hold off for one more day before they divulged the identity of the CIA Agent. The AP says they were "cleared" to divulge the agents identity. Unless these guys are DOUBLE AGENTS, why would any Western News Organization want to divulge secret identities? I don't get that at all.

I tended to be able to read thru all of the mumbo-jumbo the government printed out and be able to help citizens they way they were supposed to be helped. So, it was a LOVE-HATE relationship to say the least with my comrades. That's why I understand some of the IRS mess and even the other's. In today's NYT William Barr, former US Attorney Gen, writes: "The United States and it's allies were trying to locate a master bomb builder affiliated with Al-Queda....a group that was extremely difficult to penetrate....an agent was inserted inside the group. Although that agent succeeded in foiling one serious bombing plot against the U.S, he was rendered ineffective once his existence was disclosed." So, it seems the AP divulged his identity? This is being investigated so we'll see but if that is true, Why does any News Organization want to divulge who our SPIES are? Now, I do want to know if the government is spying on ME or not treating me right. I was not treated "right" back in the 70's, for the most part things have worked out very well since then.

Apparently Geoff, a few women died of a perforated uterus, another died of blood poisoning and yet another died after having been given too much Demerol. Countless women suffered horrible injuries. This physician it seems was almost performing back-alley abortions. Many of the abortions were actually illegal because they were performed beyond the 20 week time limit. These were women who were poor, immigrants and also illegals. I do not like saying this but I also believe many of these women were quite ignorant about abortion proceedures and they of course were not witness to the horrors afterwards. You quoted Jim Heim, "Those who refuse to protect their children deserve no sympathy." Many of these women were trying to protect the children that they already had because they were poor and just couldn't afford to care for any more children. Life is full of tragedies but like accidents some are of course probably preventable. The Mass shooting at Sandy Hook was a tragedy that was preventable. There were two irresponsible parents who allowed their mentally ill son access to guns. That's beyond criminal. It was MURDEROUS.
