There are already plenty of DOT officials in Carthage to talk to now. Aberdeen is the most central spot for it..or in Pinehurst. You mean to tell me that I am going to have to drive all the way to Carthage to discuss the flower plantings at the circle or other areas in preparation for the Open?

Now we citizens will have to drive all the way to Carthage to talk to local DOT officials. Can the new office not be built in the Aberdeen area? It seems like a more logical location.

FirePest- Turn off the Rush Limbaugh show and concentrate on what the article is saying. It is sad that you and others like yourself are harboring such hate. The election is over and America has spoken, so get over it and try and not be so miserable.

Now if this list of Elite Retirees was posted for giving to the relief efforts for Hurricane Sandy, it would be Admirable, but still not worthy of posting all 508 names. Wake up call to the high ranking military retirees: you are no better than the least of us working people, so quit expecting Royal treatment! Go quietly and do good deeds and expect nothing in return.

Kudos to Adm. Smith for his hard work for the Romney Campaign, but is it really necessary to list all 508 names of the high ranking officers? I guess they are more important than all the many other "common people" that have worked tirelessly for their respectful candidate!
