I agree, some Of APD officers do not present a professional manner.Don't know about being racist, I haven't encountered that, but I recently got a speeding ticket from an Aberdeen officer, who was smug and rude, to say the least.I was not speeding, but after consulting a local attorney,found out it was cheaper to pay the fines, than to fight it in court.As an aside, the attorney asked me by phone if it was officer Branson was the ticketing policeman,as he had often stated he wanted to go down on record as having written the most speeding tickets in NC.
You are absolutely right! Andy was Mayberry, he embodied the kind of person we should strive to be . Hopefully "Mayberry" attitudes didn't pass with Andy. RIP
Several years ago, there was a problem with missing dogs,same scenario, I was told that dogs could be sold to drug companies for testing,drugs, makeup,etc. Really a scary thing!
