Every now and then, I'll archive a particularly telling post to the poster's wall so it's easy to find and point out to people later. Here's a little exchange that proves that this "lakeview" person is seriously unhinged and at least claims to be engaging in behavior bordering on child abuse.
First, lakeview posts this:
"AFCHIEF, go to YouTube and search jd rhoades. I laughed so hard and I know you will too.
Kind of weird and obsessive, but okay. Then we have this gem:
I wanted to show my child what a low life that makes jokes about children with disabilities looks like. I will refrain from telling you what he said. You wouldn't like it at all. Neither would your boyfriend.
Now, to begin with, I've never made a joke about children with disabilities, and this is a total lie. But the real point is: what kind of parent would drag their child to the computer, make them watch videos of someone they hate while lying about them and going "See! See the bad man!" What kind of parent encourages a child to say bad things about another adult...and then posts about it as if that was everyday normal behavior?
That is seriously freaking crazy, right there. Remember that when you read lakeview's screeds.
A Baptist preacher in Fayetteville used a sermon to urge his flock to beat children who looked like they might be gay;
A Baptist preacher in Maiden, NC said this last Sunday: “I figured a way out — a way to get rid of all the lesbians and queers. But I couldn’t get it passed through Congress. Build a great big large fence, 150 or 100 miles long. Put all the lesbians in there. Fly over and drop some food. Do the same thing with the queers and the homosexuals. Have that fence electrified so they can’t get out. Feed ‘em, and– And you know what? In a few years they’ll die out. You know why? They can’t reproduce.”
In case you think that might be new thinking on his part, consider this from a 1978 piece:” I’m God’s preacher. I just believe the book. Living in a day when, you know what, it saddens my heart to think that homosexuals can go around, bless God, and get the applause of a lot of people. Lesbians and all the rest of it? Bless God, forty years ago they’d have hung ‘em, bless God, from a white oak tree, wouldn’t they? Amen.”
And the Ku Klux Klan is becoming ore active having held a cross burning near Edenton and are advertising for another in Reidsville (‘whites only!’).
Gosh, why would anyone be embarrassed by living in the same state as this group of bozos?
