geoff, you say: "We're talking about Benghazi"

Actually, geoff, the thread is about who is drinking the "kool-aid." It is now obvious to the most casual observer that you are drinking the same "kool-aid" as the letter writer. Your "comprehension" is as backwards as his.

geoff, you say, "My freedom is not granted to me by my government."

But the government does guarantee your freedom---and the freedom of everyone else.

geoff, Would you say that you are against progress or reform to insure governmental guarantees of individual rights, civil liberties and concepts of maximum individual freedom possible, especially as guaranteed by law and secured by governmental protection of civil liberties?

To you, everyone else is the "left."

geoff, Benghazi is a "non-issue." It is just a strategy for McCain to cover up some of the embarrassing statements he made soon after the attack before he knew the facts.

The letter writer’s “facts” have been proven to be false. It looks like Mr. Barnes is the one who has been drinking the "kool-aid." His ridiculous accusations have been corrected and properly refuted, and it looks like the truth really hurts an awful lot of the posters on this thread. It must be hard to believe that Rush told you wrong.

It is obvious that you guys do not know the difference between a moderate and a liberal. That’s because Rush has told you that anyone who is not in his “benjo” ditch is a liberal. Fact is that 80% of Americans are moderate. About 10% are far left liberal, and about 10% are in Rush’s “benjo” ditch. There’s not much hope for either group.

One might guess from reading this thread that there are a lot of you guys (or gals) in the “benjo” ditch, but actually there really aren’t many of you in the real world. We don’t see you because you are in the ditch, and you can’t see us because you just can't see what is happening outside the ditch.

geoff, if you'd stop watching Fox new and listening to low-life talk shows, you'd recognize that most of the credible media plays it pretty straight. Liberal talk shows don't do well because liberals are too busy doing something that they aren't inclined to sit around and listen to the same old one-sided crap over and over again.

Themis, you must really be sad to see what the new Governor of NC wants to do to the poor and unemployed in North Carolina.

So, Mr. Lloyd Barnes of West End, you and all the other "ditto heads" should check your facts instead of relying on what Rush Limbaugh tells you.

HEADLINE: Mitt Romney vows to fire Big Bird to save 0.00014% of the budget

He told Jim Lerher, “I'm sorry, Jim, I’m going to stop the subsidy to PBS. I’m going to stop other things. I like PBS, I love Big Bird. Actually like you, too. But I'm not going to—I'm not going to keep on spending money on things to borrow money from China to pay for. That’s number one.”
