Dusty is, as usual, very cogent for a liberal. Don't know
about all those positive Solyndra comments, but I remember
similar ones about JDS Uniphase, Global Crossing, Worldcom
and others. They all went broke without (I think) federal
assistance.
If the paperwork mess is as bad as even Dusty agrees (and
he's a lawyer), is there any hope even for the private sector?
Can we not at least fail more simply?
