So what is the insurance industry's plan? Good drivers continue to pay what they are paying, since it is the third lowest in the country, and bad drivers pay way more to increase the insurance company profit.

How much did Waste Management Company pay for their full page ad in the Pilot? How much of that cost will be passed on to their customers?
Our tax system works against them? Howso? They don't pay income tax, in fact earned income credit gives them money back from someone else. And I don't believe they pay sales tax on food stamps. What else is there?
Driver's licenses for teen drivers already have differrent color stripes to readily distinguish them fro fully qualified drivers. Is this discriminatory against teens?

But be careful, if the lunch you pack doesn;t include all of the mandated food groups, or has something deemed unhealthy, it will be confiscated by the food police and your child will be made to buy a nutritious lunch from the school. See incident last year in Raeford.
But there is really no such thing as a cut in Washington. What politicians call a cut is just a reduction in the planned increase. So if an agency budget is $100 this year and planned to go to $110 next year, but only goes to $105 instead, that is called a $5 cut, instead of what it really is, a $5 increase.
