It appears the government has learned how to "tax drugs." The availability of the opiate related narcotics is unbelievable. It is touching this society like never before. The 60's and 70's do not even compare to what is happening right now. Unfortunately, for our children, and ourselves, what seems to be the most destructive drugs are being distributed by pharmacists rather than the street corner drug dealer. There seems to be a drug for anything and everything. Our society will implode if it continues. It is already way beyond the days of "experimentation" of my youth.
Congratulations to all the students and teachers involved. Did Union Pines ever form a debate club?? They are the first high school I ever heard of who did not have a debate club, in the US.
