We’ve been utilizing your no touch car wash for years with great results! However when because of ice or some other reason, it failed miserably yesterday morning. When I arrived home I immediately noticed not only spots but a heavy film of dirt covering the entire vehicle. I always believed the owner or owners of any business would welcome and want to know of any issues a customer has. So we called PJ’s explaining what was an obvious problem with their car wash and politely requested a $8.00 credit for a future wash. The owner firmly stated there was no problem with their automated car wash and would not issue any credit. We also believe that whenever you pay for a service, you should expect to get a little service.
Anyway, thanks PJ’s for all the great car washes my wife and I have received over the years and for the occasional oil changes and vehicle inspections. Unfortunately we will not be back, it appears an $8.00 revenue from a faulty wash has more value.
