I am so glad to hear about Southern Pines! So even if I live in a state that discriminates against people, my town has a majority of intelligent, reasonable, and non-judgmental folks.
I spent a lot of time yesterday trying to explain the amendment to people. Maybe I got through to some of them. Although, all day I wondered why I had to talk to people about discrimination. Especially to those who called themselves "Christians". I will keep all those so-called Christians in my prayers. A very sad day for humanity.
