Having gone to Rockingham when it was the old dirt track down US1, and going to the first and last race at the Rock, and a bunch in-between, I am going to try and make it to this one. Coming from Alaska is not the easiest thing to do, but back to the Rock for racing, and anymore, the trucks are about the best, is perfect!!!! Good Work Andy, and you do deserve a packed house!!
Dang Jeff. Good plea bargin, but the second you can, you should move!! Get the heck out of Moore County where you know they are gunning for you. If you came up here to Alaska, you could disappear out of the limelight, and people's personal issues with substance abuse are their's to deal with. Rarely does the state get involved. Oregon, California, and Colorado are alot like that as well. You really do need a change of venue. Best Wishes!!
I was getting my rear kicked for the upteenth time in my backyard when my Dad drove up. He said "Boy, you take one more step backwards and you are going to have to deal with me"!! I ended up whipping that kid and his brother and never had a minutes trouble with them again. I have spent long years living in the bush of Alaska and had some of the same kind of problems out there years ago. Drunks wanting to fight. After several good ones, the word got around that l was not someone to mess with. If you ever got me to fight, l would fight to win. Fistfighting is not a bad thing. It is something animals do, and face it, we are animals of a high order. We normally do not fight to the death, but sometimes it is the best way to go through life without having to fight nearly as much as being the submissive male.
This is definately a safety issue. I do not live in Moore County anymore, and have lived in Alaska for many years, but in the villages here, when dogs "pack up" they are very dangerous. In many villages, the local law officers shoot all loose dogs. No questions asked. They then throw them in the village dump. Not PC, maybe.....done with safety of the public in mind, absolutely. This was the correct decision and this animal control officer should be commended!!
Ron Paul is the only candidate, well, maybe Herman Cain also, that has a clue about our economy!! If we do not elect one of those two, we deserve what we get....4 more years of what we already have!!
If those pesky restrictions, like border patrol agents were not in place, they could create even more jobs and increased revenue.
If drugs were legal, all of this crime would disappear and the cartels would be penniless pesants
in a third world country!!!!
You Guys are a class act!! Must be the good upbringing you had, and a loving family. Best of Luck to you in all you undertake!!
I was just standing on the corner of Winslow, Arizona with Don Henley a couple of weeks ago. It is a dying lifestyle that is embodied in this highway!! That old hiway is life out of the 50s and 60s like almost nowhere else in America!
Hey Justin and Ryan, CONGRATULATIONS!!! I hope all is going well for you and l still would love to have you get a gig up here. I know some owners of venues that might be interested. Your Grandma liked it ok when she came up before, and we would love to have you. Best Wishes for much more success and keep in touch on Fb. Your cousin in the sweltering north!! (but it will be frozen soon, and winter is a really cool time to come)
l sure hope this piece of humanity will soon cease to exist!! Before he is put to death, there needs to be some provision to torture him to the point of death, then revive him and repeat until he is finally put out of his misery.
