I don't think a reasonable person of an objective mind would infer that opposition to the president's agenda is racist. I do think, however, when the facts are left out, and the tone of the message clearly personal, that the objectivity given to the critic is at once diminished or eliminated. President Obama is by no means perfect. He is also not the only president to have made errors in judgement and outright mistakes. I contend, just as Ms Person did, that the good that he has done and not gotten any credit for is appalling and quite frankly, in many instances racist. I was asked by a gentleman on a recent plane ride if I voted for Obama simply because he was Black, as I am too? My question to him was, did you vote against him because he was Black? He remained silent.
