More of the same NBY.It was ok for them to build!
They just said what any one you ask living or working in Pinehurst
Could have told you with out spending all that money.
Will any thing change ,hope so, but no way.
They did it in Aberdeen on Sunday to and it was an inconvenience
We had to wait 10 or 15 min. it is hard enough to be on time with
Kids to get ready. They said just checking.
Goverment should not be in any business that private sector
It is his land and his money if you don't like it buy it.
There are so many rules now he will be luckey to make money.
We need the jobs now!
Its there land. Why do people think its OK to tell some else
what to do?We need the jobs.
I can tell it's not your money being invested!
The system is broke.
It’s there land and if zoning was right they should be
allowed to do it. People think they can tell people what to do
With there land, It has to stop. What about his rights and his ability to
Use his land? What a bought 50 or 100 chicken houses?
There are some jobs that move because of wages
But the vast majority is moved because of government over reaching
Regulations. If you start a business in any town and try to get all your
Permits you would soon see what I mean.
There are so many layers of permits licenses, Regulations no one person
Can tell you if what you are doing will be OK.
Zoning is another problem towns and county’s pass zoning after you buy the
Property so you can’t start or tell you your design is no good.
Changing plans is not cheep it could be thousands of dollars.
These and many other regulatory problems are why they will not
Come back wage prices or not.
