Get rid of it! Government at it's worst over regulating over bearing. They look down on who ever comes in front of them so some people who would fix up there house just do nothing because they do not want to go to thru that. The village's best part of town was built when there was no regulation it stifles freedom of excerption. The diversity is what makes the village one of the best places in moore county. It's not perfect but no amount of regulation would make that way ether.

The nicest place in the village was built before rules. People in general will do a good job if left alone. It's there property who would do something that they thought did not look good? Over burdened rules will only cause the neighborhood to be plain and boring with no diversity. People are going to only turn in things that are plane with nothing special because they would be scared it would get turned down!

There is nothing wrong with it. I said it before a lot of jobs you will have to do same thing.

I have never used public help but If I truly needed it I would have no problem getting drug tested. I Have had to do it for other reasons CDL license and joining the military. There is drug testing for other jobs as well. If we have to test to get a job (which makes sense) why not to get help.

Why do think it is OK for anyone to tell you what to do with your house. When you buy a house or lot in a subdivision with convents you know that , this is not a place for a town to tell you what to do. They have never had the authority to do this in the first place . The towns were suppose to go to the legislator and ask for authority and no town except Sothern pines has done that. The attitude of do it some one will have to sue to fix it has to stop. The authority goes to the town commissioners heads. There is just to much government .

There will not be a lot of interest. Any builder in the area knows how hard it is to work with Pinehurst. Directly quoting their staff "they love a good fight".
