For mostly 75% of this world, soccer is the game Number 1 of sports, only in the US and Asia it is not. Fussball is real translated Football and called because you play it with your Feet! US football is played 99% with the ball in your Hands. 2. a Ball is round and not a blown up cucumber you call a ball! (smile) US English is a tough language. 3. There is a Game in Europe what is called Handball, because it is played 100% with your HANDS and also is not much welcomed in North America!
When you grow up your dad brought home a base/football home for you so you have some to play with - your dad watched foot/baseball on TV every weekend!
I grow up in Europe and it was the same there. just I had a soccer ball since i made my fist step on my own and every Sat-Sunday our TV was turned in to the sports Chanel, my dad/grandpa took me to the games!
With 6 years I played active in the minor league until i was 18.
Each school, most companies and even Bars(beerbelly players) have teams that play on local levels just for the fun of the game!
Soccer is a Game of offence and defense, both need to be perfect and thats the reason why you don't see high numbers of goals and the strict rules make its hard to find the little open spot on the field to achieve a Goal! It is teamwork and personnel finesse of the single player as well as fitness to play 90 minutes to keep your Gaol clean and put the ball in your opponents Goal. In the pro league players make millions as here foot/baseball players.
In my personal view "Football" is kinda sort not my game but i don't hate it, I just don't watch it. I did not grow up with it!
For many decades there was no american soccer team what even came close to compete in the world league, so now your country is up there and tries the best to to overcome the odds of an underdog in the last domain of sport america is not on the top of the world.
So please keep a open mind and your Remote control close by!

I have to pay and maintain my own well as well for my own septic tank. I can't even get the county pump truck to help me when my septic pump went out to pump my tank, even I offered to pay for - the answer i got was "only for county costumer" - was the pumper not paid by tax money?
So please let only the People pay who use the water. If and I meant "If I ever get hooked up to the county water", what is maybe "10 years" down the road, I will pay my dues! The Property Tax should be reduced for all not connected property owners.
In the new approved 50 Million are 10 Million for Pinehurst water, but all county taxpayer have to carry the payment without a single drop of water.

As in all groups of animal owners you have a few bad one in the bunch.
Most hunters taking care of their animals, but you right not all of them!
Not all Pit bull owners fighting dogs, as well not all pit bulls are fighters!
There are good animal rescue groups and also bad ones!
Animal Control does enforce the animal laws written in the State and County Law and has strict policies to do so. Moore County got one of the best Animal Control Department and Shelter in the state of NC, but has not the same finance fundings as Departments you seen on animal planet on TV.

Spiteful Decision on Water Study

after some research I made a note to myself:
If you drunk - don't call the white house !
If you high on something - don't call the white house !
Don't call the white house telling them you are ready to drive up there to do something stupid - if your driver license is revoked !
Don't drive drunk - if your driver license is revoked for DWI !
Don't resist a public officer - Local or State or Fed ! and the last one: don't go to jail - if you need your Mom's life savings to get you out !
