In 14 years of breeding not a single Puppy of all my litters ever see a Shelter or was pick up by animal control. Tough contracts and good background checks worked for me. Support and more Power for Animal Control to do the Job would clean up NC puppy mills fast.
Leave the Money Scam operations like HSUS out of politics and this Bill would have make his way without any problems.
HSUS made over $7mill on donation last year and only operate 1 shelter in US - financial support paid to local human shelters in the US was only $ 70.000,00 last year. Most of the money made by showing poor pups and kittens goes to lobby a future Vegetarian America as this is the Main Goal for the HSUS. Support your local ANIMAL Groups first we have enough troubled Animals in Moore County to take care of. Animal Advocates / Healing Heart Equine Rescue and Moore County Animal Control will thank you for any support.

6 years ago i paid $7000.00 for my well and $3500.00 for my septic, both in best working order and good water, even in the last Drought!
Why in the world is my tax money used for Pinehurst Water?
The County did not gave me any support for my water system!
Why should I even sign up for county water, just so the county can tell me to save water in the summer, by not washing my car or watering my lawn. As happen a cpl. years ago where even restaurants could not wash the dishes, but the golf courses got watered every Day. Just because we live and prefer the county living we are not citizen 2. class! It should not matter how many million Gallon the customer buys from the village or county, rules should apply for all the same way! The 10 mill. bond should be carried only by the village and the county water customers, Public Works is paid by Tax payers Dollars because it is run by the county.. get the Point???
By Law we all should have some kind of picture ID with us all the time, so why a new card at ... oops i forgot just an other Law nobody enforce in this state, the officer might get sued for profiling!
In other countries around the world you might be arrested and hold confined until you identified!

I tried to give this program to the SO almost for free, guess what "no thanks" was the answer! Talking to Guys from SS Inc.( Sales Rep. Goodnight ) they can't develop a module for the Sheriffs or Police Pack old or new version! K9 handlers have to write a double report for court purpose! And here is my point: Our Program would cost the SO $ 50.00 for 1 year for ea. K9 handler and free Updates - used by the SO is Kats4 what cost $365.00 ea. Handler plus Updates. Get the Point?
I had the chance to play with SS Inc. Police Pack and it is nice when its works - what is not happen on regular basis!

Required Sentence Was Simply Unfair
Judge Webb did his job according to the NC Law.

Let's Require All Voters to Show Their ID Cards
