Typical ~ money comes first! When will this country learn to put STUDENTS first? I had the opportunity to take a few online courses and I found that I actually performed better - I worked at my own pace and actually learned & retained more. I agree with native... be more receptive to technology!

Nothing but hatred...I feel sad for you and the others here. There is absolutely nothing wrong with disagreeing with people but why do you have to be so hateful? Once you, and the other haters here start spewing your venom I "turn the page". I lose all respect for people who can't express their feelings/thoughts without being hateful. A long time ago my Daddy taught me that if someone is calling me a name it only means that he/she sees that flaw in him/herself. I try to remember that as I read through these threads.

Unless I misunderstand your article (and please feel free to point out my mistake) to me that's a perfect example of greed! I understand companies are in business to make money but how much is "enough"?
I have to wonder how many readers you'll lose when you start charging for this abridged version of your newspaper...I know of one reader for sure...
