Great!...Yet another way the Police can stalk the hard working people of this town and the tourist golfers that bring in and spend the most money here to support it, instead of stopping the drug dealers and pill poppers of certain areas.......but who am I to say anything about it?......I parked outside a local bar for 15 minutes and when I left I was surrounded by 3 Police officers like I robbed the place.......why don't the cops stop people who drive around with no head lights on when it is raining?.....It is the law you KNOW????????????........Phipps......you need to get your troops straight!............I am leaving this town because of your crew!
I knew it was a scam all along......I live almost next door to that building and it is in crumbles.......there is no way in the world it will ever become anything more than ruble....what a joke!......Pinehurst has scored some free cash and the brewery has scored some free advertizing......Why in the world would they expand?.....and expanding was never mentioned in the first internet/newspaper articles......now they are doing a menu....and again that was never mentioned much either......That building is a complete dump and it would take over 3 million dollars to get it right........after all the big annoucements........everyone figured out how much of a mess this would be........The actual approximation to the Village is kinda crappy and they put 2 and 2 together along with the costs and figured it all out.....That building will be overtaken by bamboo and it will never be developed.
I have said this and more for years......they need to remove all trees from the circle as well....so there can be a clear line of sight all the way around and across the circle.....There also needs to be signs that say Yeild Don't Stop If There is no Oncoming traffic and people need to learn to use their turn signals when they are going to exit the circle.......also there are no speed limit signs in the Circle........if you approach on 211, 15-501 the speed is 45........but if you approach from 2 or Midland Rd. the speed limit is 35.......either way.....people going 15 MPH in the Circle are a complete danger Traffic circles work if people would just learn how to drive into them and back out of them!!!!
