"1000% in agreement with blaze_spirit_blaze!" Me too! Everyone who is stepping up to donate their time and/or money are truely inspiring and amazing people. I hate hearing of this terrible diagnosis but it warms my heart that so many are coming together for this family. My thoughts and prayers are with Blaise and his loved ones.

I tried it once just to see what it was like. They were a bit uncomfortable because they don't recline, and all the bouncing around left my back and butt hurting by the end of the movie. I won't do it again, but the kids loved it of course.

Quote: "I dont get how one bus running 2 routes saves anymore money than 2 busses running a seperate route at the same time to leave school times 8-3."

Not as many buses running = less in maintenance costs and less bus drivers salaries.

So the lady who was a visitor to town for a few days should have thought to put an ad in the Pilot when the owner herself didn't even put out an ad for 11 days? You people crack me up, calling the people who found the dog a thief, the owner put the dog in the situation of being in danger of being "stolen" or worse if it had gotten hit by a car, which according to the neighbor was a common thing on the part of the owner. The lady who found the dog didn't have to call at all, or even bring the dog back, but she did. I'm thinking if the folks here are any indication of the owners mindset, and it's likely the owner or her friends who are defending her and name calling here, the poor dog would have been better off in PA with a responsible owner.

The owner should be glad that the person who found her dog was someone who loves animals. I hope she is more responsible with her pets from now on.

Do you actually use that bridge or the off ramps near it coming off US 1? Those intersections are a hazard. There is no visibility to see traffic, the road gets backed up when someone has to wait for a length of time to make a turn, and the amount of through traffic seems to increase every year. If it was in your neighborhood and you had to go through there every day you'd want it fixed too. Functionally obsolete is an accurate description.

Don't take it out on the guy who pointed out the error, it's very important to many people. I think it's sad that more people didn't go to a memorial service, myself included, and that we tend to forget tradition and see it as a free day off. (I did decide to honor sacrifice with sacrifice and volunteered to work on Monday, and no, I don't get holiday pay) I also notice that during the playing of our national anthem or the pledge of allegiance many men no longer remove their hats and many people don't put their hands over their hearts. I find it disrespectful, but wonder if these values and protocols are just not being taught anymore. From the bottom of my heart I thank all who have sacrificed to serve our country and keep our citizens safe.

So glad to see local businesses sponsoring an event like this, I think many people that are in the position of looking for work can benefit from it. Arestorer is right, there aren't many jobs out there so having the best application writing, resume', and interviewing skills is important to be a step higher than the competition.
