Our country can survive and rebuild after President Obama departs this coming January. It will take some doing however as some serious damage has been rendered both at home and across the sea. What we cannot survive is an electorate that witnesses the results of the past four years and wants more of it. Way off topic..but one for you Yukon. I trained a couple different times in Alaska from Ft Bragg and Ft Campbell to Ft. Greely. We spent about two hours drawing equipment and then it was out to the beautiful outdoors for several weeks. We did not even take a water source with us other than full canteens of water. All water afterwords was simply taken from streams,rivers and snow melt. Here's a picture of an old picture up on Gulcana glacier. We both climbed and then threw ourselves off the top with about 30 foot of free rope to simulate rescue techniques if fallen into a crevasse. The ice wall was about 200 feet of sheer drop. What a gorgeous state you live in and we have in America. Now back to the regularly scheduled political channel...Mike
