Patients have the right to refuse treatments, especially when they doubt the efficacy or need for said treatments, yet employees suddenly no longer have that right? The average person is more likely to come in to contact with the flu virus at Wal-Mart, yet we don't see Wal-Mart threatening to fire employees for not getting an inoculation against communicable diseases. This seems like something that should be taken to trial. Employees are patients too. So Firsthealth respects some patients rights, but not others? There are some basic civil and healthcare rights here that are being violated.
