I wish our girls and coaches would have played with the excitement the Mustang players did. It looked to me that they were relaxed and having fun even during their warmups. Coaches as well. Good job NM and keep playing hard PC.
I watched them embarrass and humiliate a team from High Falls. The score was 90 something to 12. I was very impressed with our coach. When he was up by 70 he kept playing hard so the team with 8 couldn't catch up. It was one of the most classless things I have ever seen.
Thanks for the honesty coach. You are right about the talent level being down. You have your work cut out for you. Based on the last coach they had, you should have three years to win. I believe that is what they gave the last coach with no support after the first year. I believe you knew the last coach and you knew he was pretty good . I hope they do you better and I wish you the best of luck. We both know you are going to need it. On the other hand Union Pines picked up a good coach as well.
I would guess that the problem over the last 5-6 years goes much deeper than the coach. Who sit around and allowed it to get this bad? The same thing is going on at UP. They are rock bottom as well. I hope the new principal and AD have a plan instead of just a knee jerk reaction. The world resign should not appear in the article. Should say forced out and that's find if they have a better option. My money says they don't.

Do your history of this county and you may thing differently. We do have fans and we do win a few games but we are still a losing program. You are what your record says you are. UP could raise more money for their programs but there is not a lot going on in the North end of the county.

It may shok you. Beating up on much smaller schools is called bullying. Six teams in their conference and they finished fourth.

Agressive Mustangs Topple Pinecrest
