We recently had a problem with our scanner. Sandy Berger is the best. She immediately diagnosed the problem, and suggested a solution. She is most knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to be helpful.
We have always enjoyed her informative weekly column "Compu-Kiss" in the Pilot.
