Since the elected official will not impose Term Limits, I propose that each and every election, be it Primary or Final, do not vote for an incumbent. I believe this will allow for just and appropriate laws & legislation.
What's all this talk about voting by mail - they already had the right to vote. In fact in 1919, the 19th Amendment gave the ladies a right to vote too.

IDs are good for at least 5 years. If someone can't make it to a designated gov't office once every in 5 years, well Boo Hoo. The states can just make it so the offices are open 6 days & for a longer period of time. Heck, this would add more jobs to the market - it can be staffed by those that can't seem to find work.
Just curious, would a mug shot be considered a photo ID? Only if
accompanied by the arresting officer.
Also, for all the photo ID proponents, do you believe that
everyone with a drivers license got
it through the Department of Motor
Vehicles? Only the DMV can issue
valid drivers license.
Another question, if you loose your license because of a traffic
violation, is your license still a
valid photo ID? How can it be if it
is lost & you don't have it. You
just have to get a non drivers ID.
