Man-oh-man. The suspect has a right to a jury of his peers. An arrest has been made based on the investigators establishing reasonable suspicion and probable cause. Then the evidence is presented to the Grand Jury, to decide on whether or not there is enough evidence for trial. A trial will be set and a jury will be selected. If he is found guilty the likelihood that Indiana will ever get him back to answer for charges there, will be slim to none. We still have the opportunity for the Death Penalty in NC, but is a highly under utilized program. Prison time in general in North Carolina is way too easy. The answer for a Capital crime is the Death Penalty and the sentence has to be carried out swiftly. No one has ever escaped from a cemetary, but many have escaped from prisons, even death row (Texas 7) is just one example.

How many readers remember all those that were quick to jump to conclusions and indicate that the Shaw murder and Bullock murder were related?

Anyone in Moore Co. that thinks that Gangs and Hate Groups are not here, better wake-up. They They may not be here to the extent of Big Midwestern communities, and places like California, New York, or Chicago, but they are here. Furthermore, there are left-hand and right-hand swastikas. The left handed one being of the Hindu Religion, representing a terrifying goddess and the Right Handed one, representing good fortune. The right handed one was also utilized by some Native American groups. However, none of the aforementioned symbols were canted at the 45 degree angle. Hitler, his followers, and supporters all used the right handed one, because is appears that there are two "S"'s crossing each other. Hitler then ordered that the symbol be canted to make it independent from the other similar symbols.

Should have received the Death Penalty the first time. Theroretically, he should have been executed by now. However, the average cost to house an inmate each year is around $30,000 a year. Thats more than the officers are paid to watch over the prisoners. Funny, how the artical didn't mention that almost all of his co-defendants have already been released.

Hey, look at the Wright kids eyebrows. They have hash marks. Isn't that a "Gang" thing? Doesn’t N.C. have a gang enhancement statute that says that 3 or more people with a common identifier who commit a crime get additional time during their sentencing? How exactly were these boys dressed? Did they have any "Gang" colors on them?
