Ray's attention to detail and customer interaction is superb; he was very attentive throughout the entire process--from receiving my vehicle, until delivery. Ray thoroughly explained all work that was to be performed on my vehicle; there were no surprises and no hidden fees. My vehicle was ready on time when promised; all agreed-upon work was done in accordance with what I was told and exceeded my expectations. Ray's workmanship is high-end; his work ethic is impressive.
