I have gone to this nail shop many times. In recent months I feel the service is not what it used to be. On 2 occasions I have had the skin buffed off one of my toes by a rough nail tech ( both were males). A third time The tech was so rough buffing my feet it was uncomfortable (male). On two separate occasions the tech was talking on a cell phone while doing my pedicure (and not paying much attention to doing the pedicure). Also, I have had a Basic pedicure and a Deluxe pedicure and I can't see any difference in the two. They used to do a good job but now, not so much.

I really want to like this place....but, the last two experiences I have had have not been the best. When my sister-in-law and myself scheduled to get a manicure together ( weeks ahead of time!) she sat and waited while I got mine done. They do have tables side by side for this exact reason! I could understand if they were super busy but we were the only ones in there on a tuesday afternoon. We noticed the other nail techs going in and out of the backroom while the one girl completed our nails. When another patron came in, I was asked to move to another spot while my nails dried. (when there are 10 other tables in the place!). I thought ok, that was a little annoying, but whatever.

The last time I went to get a pedicure, my tech was a very young guy I had never seen before and I came away with about two spots on my feet bleeding from the pumice stone scrubbing! I still have the scabs. I'm not usually one to complain, but I doubt I will be back.
