Chain restaurants are typically low on my list, however, this Chili's is supremely bad. The food is mediocre and the service is sometimes lacking. I fully understand that folks with families sometimes need a casual dining restaurant for convenience purposes, but I'm not a fan. I've simply never had a meal at our local Chili's or any other Chili's that's impressive or even ok. The management does seem eager to please and take ownership over the restaurant, which is great. We've got a lot of great local business and restaurants that serve excellent meals without the fast food taste, I'll take those any day.

I stop and get ours to go. The place is very clean. I might have to wait a min or two but we are satisfied for the most part. We have also ate inside several times. Great service.

I've been three times since Christmas. The first time was great, then the server we liked wasn't there the next time we visited. She was fantastic! Every other time, the waitstaff couldn't be bothered and the food was not of good quality. The management was a little too hands on for our liking also.

I've been to Chili's several times and the food is mostly just OK. The service at my last visit was not so good and the manager visits the tables way TOO often. The food seems to have a 'fast food' taste or a 'frozen food' taste to me.
