SephGrave, I wish I had read your review before I signed up. This could be one of the most fly by night, unbusiness-like operations to ever come down the pike. Buh-Bye Broadlink. Warning to others, do not waste your installation fee.

I'm sorry that I did not provide more information in my review. I tried to get up with them for 3 weeks by phone, mail & email and they never answered me. Then I had posted a review at my site showing the poor ping test, speed test, and jitter test from their service. Within 20 hours of posting it I DID receive a call from them..........THREATENING TO SUE ME If I didn't remove the 100% actual test results of their service from my site. I may put it backup since I found out I had done nothing wrong. They said they would cancel my service and give me a refund......service cancelled......STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND broadlink.
