Arthur M. Blue is a native of Moore County, North Carolina. He is a graduate of Union Pines High School, and earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Campbell University in 1987, where he attended on the prestigious Hope Merit Scholarship. Art is a 1990 Graduate of the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University and has been practicing in Moore County since 1990.
